Job View
List and print jobs by date or job number range on a single screen.
The screen also provides a 'thumbnail' view of the job including: description, scope of work, time and parts used and audit information.
Fault and job type, priority and resource can also be added.
Task Entry
Enter and Update jobs using the comprehensive task screen.
Supports setting: priority, response time, degree of risk, work order, cost centre and billing type.

Risk Profiler
The purpose of the profiler is to determine the urgency or importance to attach to a particular job.
The simple point-and-click method of setting the degrees of risk and consequence make risk profiling easy and quick.
The profiler works for both O H & S and property.
PM Scheduler
The recurring and preventative maintenance scheduler generates jobs from the maintenance schedule listed against a given asset.
Using a calendar and scope of work catalogue jobs can be generated for any time (daily, weekly, monthly) and according to business rules.
Job 'Card'
Print a job sheet on an ad hoc or timed basis. All Jobs due will be printed at start of day.
The job card has full instructions of what, how and when to perform the work.
The tradesperson notes the work done plus parts and time taken and signs off.
The job completion details can then be added back into the system by any admin resource.
Asset Selection
A full asset register is maintained and is available to the job system. Full asset details are stored including: acquisition, warranty, insurance and planned maintenance schedules.
Assets are logged by room or location, asset group, general and specific descriptions and bar code.
Job Reporting
Comprehensive job reporting is supported using the unique VAMS reporting dashboard.
Select by time period (daily, weekly, monthly) and use Sort by and Group by.
Apply Boolean expressions and apply a selection of presentation formats and views.
